We took everything we love about the fun of food and drink, restaurants and bars, mixed it with some Americana… and created Square Peg.
- Our food is diner-inspired which means for brunch, lunch and dinner you get familiar stuff you’d like to stuff your face with, but with a chef’s take and a lot of surprise.
- Our drinks feature spirits from American breweries, distilleries, and wineries. And you’ve got to try our “spiked” milkshakes.
- The space is open and airy, with lots of brick and lots of light. We’ve got some fun old photos with strange faces, and some newer photos with familiar faces – all paying tribute to classic early 20th century times.
Our Neighborhood
10th & Walnut Sts, Philadelphia
Located in Midtown Village, we’re conveniently close to just about everything. You can grab dinner before a show at some of Philadelphia’s best theaters – the Walnut, Forrest, and Lantern. You can catch a concert at the Trocadero, and come by for a whiskey cocktail after. Convention-goers only need to go south a few blocks to catch a quick and snazzy lunch. And with Jefferson University Hospital right next door, our neighborhood never sleeps (even though we do).
GUESTCOUNTS HOSPITALITY
This is the latest restaurant brand by GuestCounts Hospitality, an ever-growing hospitality concept based in Philadelphia. GuestCounts Hospitality is behind Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar (with locations in Philadelphia, DC, Orlando, and Atlantic City) and Brûlée Catering by Chef Jean Marie Lacroix. Brûlée Catering is the exclusive caterer for some of Philadelphia’s favorite venues: Please Touch Museum at Memorial Hall, National Constitution Center, Carpenters’ Hall, Masonic Temple of Philadelphia, Independence Seaport Museum, and the Liberty View Ballroom at the Independence Visitor Center.
